1. Respectvol met elkaar omgaan
Tijdens de speelavond ga je respectvol met anderen en hun spullen om, houd je rekening met elkaars grenzen en draag je bij aan een veilige, fijne omgeving en inclusieve sfeer.
2. De zaal netjes houden
Help mee om de sporthal schoon en netjes te houden. Laat geen afval achter, help bij het op- en afbouwen van de netten, en draag bij aan het opruimen van de shuttles en het terugzetten van de banken.
Let op: wij zijn te gast in de gemeentelijke sporthal van Almere.
3. Eigen shuttles meenemen
Alle seniorenspelers nemen op speeldagen zelf veren of hybride shuttles mee om mee te trainen en te spelen.
4. Zaalcoördinator
Op de speelavonden is er in principe een zaalcoördinator aanwezig. Deze is het aanspreekpunt richting bestuur en de beheerder vanuit de gemeente. Je kunt er zaken melden als bijv. douches die het niet doen, verlichting die niet werkt, afwezigheid, overige klachten of incidenten.
Aanwijzingen van de zaalcoördinator dienen altijd opgevolgd te worden.
5. Toezicht en calamiteiten
Bij calamiteiten is de zaalcoördinator het eerste aanspreekpunt. De zaalcoördinator zal in dit geval aanwijzingen geven en coördineren.
6. Speelrondes
Tijdens vrijspeelavonden spelen we in principe ‘best-of-3’-wedstrijden. Na afloop van een wedstrijd verlaten alle spelers de baan, zodat er gewisseld kan worden. Spelers die hebben gewacht, krijgen voorrang bij de volgende wedstrijd.
7. Aanpassingen bij drukte of lage opkomst
Bij grote drukte of een lage opkomst kan de zaalcoördinator besluiten de speelduur te verkorten naar maximaal één of twee games, zodat er sneller gewisseld kan worden.
8. Automatisch indeelsysteem
Op maandag wordt in het eerste uur gespeeld met behulp van het automatische indeelsysteem. Alle aanwezige leden spelen in dit uur volgens dit systeem. Na de laatste indeelronde is er ruimte om zelf wedstrijden te spelen volgens het ‘best-of-3’-principe. Zie ook punt 6.
9. Beëindiging lidmaatschap
Het lidmaatschap kan worden opgezegd tot uiterlijk 1 juli voorafgaand aan het nieuwe seizoen, per e-mail naar de secretaris of via het contactformulier op de website.

1. Treating each other with respect
During the playing nights, treat others and their belongings with respect, respect each other’s boundaries, and contribute to a safe, pleasant environment and an inclusive atmosphere.
2. Keeping the sports hall tidy
Please help keep the sports hall clean and tidy. Do not leave any rubbish behind, help set up and take down the nets, and help collect the shuttles and return the benches to their places.
Please note: we are guests at the municipal sports hall in Almere.
3. Bring your own shuttles
All senior players are required to bring their own feather or hybrid shuttles on playing days for training and matches.
4. Hall coordinator
A hall coordinator is present on playing nights. They are the point of contact with the club board and the municipal facility manager. You can report issues such as showers not working, faulty lighting, absences, other complaints, or incidents to the hall coordinator.
Instructions given by the hall coordinator must always be followed.
5. Supervision and emergencies
In the event of an emergency, the hall coordinator is the first point of contact. The hall coordinator will supervise and coordinate.
6. Playing rounds
During recreational playing nights, matches are generally played as best-of-3. After a match, all players must leave the court so that players can rotate. Players who have been waiting have priority for the next match.
7. Adjustments in case of high or low attendance
In case of high attendance or low turnout, the hall coordinator may decide to shorten matches to a maximum of one or two games, so that players can rotate more quickly.
8. Automatic match pairing system
On Mondays, the first hour the computer system makes the matches.
All members present must participate according to this system during this hour. After the final round, there is an opportunity to arrange your own matches according to the best-of-3 principle (also see 6).
9. Termination of membership
Membership can be cancelled no later than 1 July prior to the new season, by email to the secretary or through the contact form on the website. Cancellation can only be processed once all outstanding amounts have been paid and is only final once it has been confirmed by the secretary.
